Rows are the lines that make up your list. Use rows to set out everything that needs to be done in your list.
✔️ Rows in your list can be standalone or nested under sections.
✋ Tip: To select multiple rows; select the first row, press shift and then select the last row that you need and all of the rows in-between will automatically become selected.

Adding standalone rows
Single row
To add a single row to your list, hover over row checkbox and click '+', select 'Row' and choose whether you would like to 'Add row above' or 'Add row below' the one you have clicked on.
Alternatively, click 'Add row' to add a single row to the end of your list.
Multiple rows
To add multiple rows, hover over the row checkbox and click '+' and select 'Multiple Rows' and choose whether you would like to 'Add rows above' or 'Add rows below' the one you have selected.
Enter how many rows you would like to add and click 'Add'.
Adding rows to a section
To add a row that is linked to a section or sub-section, hover over the section you would like to add to and select 'add row inside'.
Add multiple rows by selecting 'add rows inside' and entering the number of rows you would like.
Reordering rows
You can reorder rows in a list by hovering over the three-dot menu of a row until the hand icon appears. The row can then be dragged and dropped to where needed.
Deleting rows
To delete a row, hover over the tick box next to the item number of the row you wish to delete and click on the bin icon
A pop up will then appear confirming that you want to delete the row.
⚠️ Deletion is permanent. All data in your row will be deleted, and cannot be retrieved.
3. To delete multiple rows, hover over the tick box next to the item number of the rows, select the rows you wish to delete and click on the bin icon.
