This page sets out all the email notifications a System Admin gets from Legatics
These notifications can't currently be turned off
📦 Matter created
Every time a new matter is created, you'll get an email with the following data
⚠️ * Items aren't required when creating a matter. So they may not appear in your email
Name | Name of the matter |
Number | Matter number given to the matter |
Description | Short description of what the matter is about |
Deal type | Type of matter |
Lead partner | The lead partner working on the matter |
Lead office | The lead office working on the matter |
Other offices* | Any other offices supporting on the matter |
Demo/live | Whether the matter has been marked as demo or live |
🗑️ Matter deleted
Every time a matter is deleted, you'll get an email with the following data
Matters are kept in the bin for 60 days before being permanently deleted. As a System Admin, you can recover them before then
Name | Name of the matter |
Number | Matter number given to the matter |
Description | Short description of what the matter is about |
Type | Whether the matter is demo or live |
Lists | Count of number of lists in the matter |
Documents | Count of number of documents (excludes versions) in the matter |
Users | Count of number of users in the matter |
Created on | The date the matter was created (UTC) |
Deleted on | The date the matter was deleted (UTC) |
Deleted by | Email address of user who deleted the matter |
