Click the "Export files" button then choose what you want to export from the list.

Select an option, the columns you want to include then in the "Location" section, select the "NetDocuments" then click "Export".

Choose your preferred location to save the file on the right side of the page, then click "Continue.". (You can navigate through cabinets, your favourite or recent workspaces to find your preferred location.)

When you select the save location, you will be asked to add any document profile information. These fields (required) such as the Document name, Client, Matter etc, will be marked with an asterisk. After completing them, click "Save as a new document here."

(Please note that these fields are configured by your NetDocuments admin so they might be different to the example below.)

Your file export is complete!

Click on the "Export list" button the select from the following options.
