The Users section of the Legatics Administration System allows administrators to get a birds-eye view of all of the users in their Legatics environment.
It is a great way to understand who is using Legatics, and what matters they are participating in.

Accessing the Users section
From the home page, you will see Matters and Users tabs in the top white navigation bar. Click on the Users tab.
Data available
The following data on the users in your organisation is available in the Users section
⚠️ The Users section does not show third party users involved in your matters.
Name | The name of the user in Legatics. |
The user's email | |
Last active | The last date when your users had an active session on Legatics (ie the last time they were in the application). |
Matters | The matters the user has been added to |
Administrator | Whether a user has been given Legatics Administrator rights |
