Logging in to Legatics is simple and secure, allowing you to access your matters and collaborate with your team. This guide explains the steps to log in and addresses common issues.
Where's the link to log in?
Important: Legatics has multiple instances, which have different URLs. Matters aren't visible across instances and you can have a different account for each.
Find your invitation email
To find your login URL you will need to locate the email inviting you to the platform. Searching your emails for "invitation to use Legatics" may help you locate this email.
If you still can't find a link
You can ask the person who set up the matter to send you the login URL they are using and if you're still struggling, feel free to reach out to us at support@legatics.com.
Logging in with SSO
Prerequisites: You're:
a Member of a customer with SSO turned on
logging into the instance that hosts your organization
Go to the instance that hosts your organization
On the login page, type in your email address and press Continue
Complete any additional steps required by your SSO system
Logging in without SSO
Prerequisites: You're a:
Member of a customer with SSO turned off; or
Go to the instance that hosts the matter you want to access
On the login page, type in your email address and press Continue
Enter your password
Enter the 2FA code sent to your email
Press submit
