How to login to Legatics and get started

Once you have created an account, you'll need to log in to your Legatics account to start work on your matters and access projects.


How to log in

  1. Go to app.legatics.com or au.app.legatics.com (for certain Australian users) and select 'Login'.

  2. Type in your email address.


  3. If you belong to one of our customers, and SSO is enabled, you will be directed to login via your SSO provider.

  4. If you don't belong to one of our customers, or SSO is enabled for you, enter your password and click 'Continue'.


  5. You will then receive an email containing a 6-digit verification code.

Enter this code and press 'Submit' - then you will be logged into your account.

Important: If you have not received a code, click 'Send new code'. If you are unable to receive the code after trying this step, please visit this support article which suggests further steps to resolve this issue.


  • Single Sign-On (SSO) allows your organisation to control how you log in to Legatics.

  • If you face any issues logging in with SSO, please contact your internal IT team.
