Making changes to multiple rows, using the "Shift" button, helps users save time when working on their checklist.

How to select rows using shift:

  1. Click the first row that you want to select

  2. Hold down the shift key

  3. Scroll down to the last row that you want to include and select it

All of the rows within the range will now be selected.

โœ‹ Tip: To select another range of rows at the same time, leave out the rows that you don't want to include and then select the first row of the new range, hold 'Shift' and then continue selecting the rows you want to include.

How to unselect rows using shift:

To unselect multiple rows using the shift key you will need to have previously selected a range of rows.

  1. Then, hold down the shift key

  2. Select another range of rows within your original selection

These rows will then become unselected at the same time.
