What should I do if I don't receive the verification code or invitation email?

This could happen for several reasons, we therefore advise that you try the below steps.

  1. Check your spam/junk folder – sometimes the invitation email lands there.

  2. Ask your IT team if there's an internal scan on incoming emails from 3rd parties, such as Legatics. This could cause delays and prevent you from receiving the email. We suggest you reach out to your internal IT team and ask them if Legatics is whitelisted.

  3. If you don't receive the verification code, you can also try using Google Chrome when logging into your account. If this doesn't help, we also suggest trying 'incognito' mode in Chrome.

  4. Lastly, try clearing your browser data (we recommend doing a deep clean including cookies and cache) then try logging into your account again.

  5. If the above steps don't resolve the issue, please email us at support@legatics.com.

If your firm uses Office 365, please be aware that there's been a change to its settings. We therefore suggest forwarding this Microsoft article to your internal IT team, as the default configuration changes could prevent users from receiving the verification code.
