Maintaining the security of your Legatics account is crucial. If you've forgotten your password or need to update it for security reasons, follow this guide to reset it promptly.
Caution: If you get a password reset that you didn't initiate, let us know at support@legatics.com immediately.
Tip: If your organisation uses SSO to sign in, you won't have a password to reset
How to reset your password
Initiate password reset
On the Legatics login screen, click on Reset your password
Enter the email address associated with your Legatics account
Click the Reset password button
Note: We have multiple instances of Legatics. Make sure you have an account on the instance you're trying to log into.
Check your email
You will receive an email with a reset link
Open the email and click on the Reset password link provided
Set a new password
You will be directed to a page to enter your new password
Ensure your new password meets the specified criteria
Click on Reset password to confirm the change
