How to reset your password

Watch the video or follow the step-by-step instructions below to learn how to reset your password.

  1. Click on 'Reset your password' on the log-in screen for Legatics.

  2. Enter in the email address you use to access Legatics and click on 'Reset password' in blue.

  3. You will then receive an email from no-reply@legatics.com with the subject 'Legatics: Reset your password' providing further instructions on how to reset your password. Click on the blue 'Reset password' button within this email.

  4. You will then be directed to a webpage asking you to enter in a new password. Please ensure that your new password meets the criteria specified.

  5. Click on 'Reset password'. Your password has now been reset.
