How do I contact the Legatics Support team?

  • If you haven't been able to find an answer to your question in our Help Centre or are experiencing a technical issue, send us an email or give us a call - our team will help you resolve the issue.

  • Contact methods and Support hours:

    Telephone: +44 (0)20 3633 2392

    Our email support is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30 (UK).

    Our phone support is available 24/7 including weekends and bank holidays.

  • Tips for contacting Support

    IDs:

    ⏩ We can support you much faster if you provide the IDs below.

    ⚠️ Don't provide your matter name or number. This is your data!

    If your issue relates to a specific list:

    1. Go into your list and press the cog icon.

    2 . Press the copy icon on the list.

    3. Then provide us with all the information copied to your clipboard. It should look something like this:

    Include a screenshot if you have one, especially if you've received an error message.

    Steps were taken to resolve

    Include details of any action(s) you've taken to resolve the issue, such as accessing Legatics from another browser.
