โฌ๏ธ How to upload new files
After logging into your Legatics account, open the list from which you want to upload files.
Click the "Add or drag file" button then select "NetDocuments".
๐ Note: Make sure you authorize access. Once completed, you'll have full access to all your documents.
3. You can now access the files in your NetDocuments repository.
4. Navigate to the folder or workspace where the file should be uploaded.
5. Select the file then click "Upload".
6. A pop-up message will appear to confirm your file upload.
7. The document will be added to your list and the NetDocuments icon will appear next to it.
7. Set the permissions if you wish to apply any (for more on file permissions have a look at this support article) then click "Upload".
8. A NetDocuments logo will appear next to your uploaded file.
๐๐ขHow to upload a new version of a file to Legatics
Click the "three dots" next to your existing document, choose "Upload versions from," then select "NetDocuments." If you have multiple NetDocuments services, select the one you prefer.
Go to the folder or workspace where you want to upload the new version of the file from.
Select the file then click "Upload".
Adjust the permissions if needed (for more details on file permissions, check out this support article), then click "Upload".
A pop-up message will appear to confirm your file upload.
Your new file version will be assigned a version number and marked with a NetDocuments logo.
