Legatics stores the history of every version of a document. This article explains how to find the version history of a document!
How do I view the version history of a file?

Click on the "three dots" beside the file then select "Version history".
โThe file history will appear on the panel at the right side of the page. Click on 'more version(s)' to view all file versions.
โAll versions of the file are then listed in order - with 'v1' being the first uploaded version of the file.
Several additional features can be accessed on the pop-up. These include:
a. The option to change the permissions for the file. This allows you to edit the participants that can view a particular file version.
b. The option to mark the file for signing.
c. Clicking on the " three dots" will allow you to:
Rename the version
Apply permissions
Mark for signing
Delete the version
Delete all versions
f. Upload a new version from your computer or iManage*
g. Save a version to your computer or iManage*
โ ๏ธ * To upload versions and save versions from iManage, you must have the iManage integration set up and enabled on Legatics.
