Our file column lets you upload new versions of documents, while retaining the version history of that document.

Uploading the first version

  1. Hover over the file column of the relevant row - click 'Add or drag file' or drag and drop a file to the row.

  2. Select the file you want to upload.
    ​

  3. Apply permissions to the version (if needed) and then click 'Upload'.


Upload new versions

  1. Hover over the original file uploaded to a row and click on the three dots.
    ​

Click on 'Upload version from' and upload the new version of the file. Either from your computer or you can use the 'iManage' integration.

You can also upload new versions by dragging and dropping them on top of the existing file.

Alternatively, select the checkbox for the row containing the file you would like to update, click on the three dots, select 'Upload versions from' then upload the new version either from your computer or using the 'iManage' integration.
