To view files, you need to download them

  1. Find the document you want to view and click on the file icon to save it. This will automatically download the file to your computer where you can view it.

If your file is a PDF, when you click on the file icon, the system will open a separate tab in your browser where you can view/save the file.

  2. Alternatively, click the three dots beside the document, select "Save as new document" then choose where you would like to save it (My computer, iManage or NetDocuments integration).

  3. Open and view the file from the place you saved it.

❗Previously users who used iManage integration were able to click on the documents' icon in order to download the file. With our new design, this has changed and now you will need to follow the steps below to download files and view them offline.

⚠️ To save versions to iManage you must have the iManage integration set up and enabled on Legatics. For more information on how to save versions on iManage please visit this support article.

  3. Alternatively, click the three dots beside the document, select "Save as new document" then choose where you would like to save it (My computer or iManage integration).
