Legatics is a cloud-based platform. So you may, depending on your organisation's rules, need consent from your client to use it on your matter. This article sets out some common questions about the process.
Do I need client consent to use Legatics on my matter?
This will depend on the internal requirements of your organisation.
Some organisations do not require any consents, others require that internal consent is needed or that consent is required from the client.
Generally, opening demo matters do not require any consent (provided client or any other confidential data is not uploaded to the demo matter)
What if I need consent to use Legatics?
Depending on your organisations settings, you may be prompted to confirm that you've got consent to create your matter.
