Make sure Members confirm they've got the consents needed before creating a matter

System Admins can require users to confirm they’ve obtained consent before creating a matter. This ensures accountability and supports compliance. This article explains how to enable the feature and what users will see.


  1. Go to Admin System > Settings

  2. Click on the toggle next to Consent confirmation.

The below box will appear at the end of the matter creation process. Matter creators must tick it before they can create the matter.
