Donuts
Matters by office
This chart shows the distribution of live matters created by each office, helping you understand where platform activity is concentrated across your organisation. It’s a useful way to identify which offices are actively using the platform and where adoption may be lower.
Hover over any section of the chart to view the exact percentage and total number of matters for each office. Note that the top 3 offices show in the donut, with any other offices grouped into an "another" category.
Matters by companies
This chart shows customer engagement by company. It helps you quickly what companies are actively using the platform, and how many matters they're in.
For each company, the chart displays:
The number of matters that include at least one user with an email address matching the domains assigned to that company.
The number of users who both:
Have an email address with a domain assigned to that company; and
Are involved in one or more of your matters.
Hover over each section of the chart to view the percentage and total counts for both users and matters associated with that company.
