Learn how to view and manage all your accessible matters in Legatics

The My Matters page in Legatics consolidates all matters you've been invited to in the instance, providing a centralized location for efficient management. This guide outlines how to navigate to this page, utilize its features, and understand the visibility of matters across different instances.

Important: Legatics has multiple instances, which have different URLs. Matters aren't visible across instances. Make sure you've logged into the correct instance.


Accessing the "My Matters" page

Click on the Legatics logo located at the top-left corner of the platform. This action directs you to the "My Matters" page, displaying all matters you can access.


Understanding matter visibility

You will see all matters stored in the instance that you've been invited to participate in.

Tip: To find matters faster, they're separated into demo and live matters. You can also search for a matter, or sort on the data.

You'll see the following information about each matter.

Name of the matter

Description

Provides a brief overview or context for the matter to understand it at a glance

Host

The organization who hosts the matter

Created on

Date matter was created

Last activity

Date there was last activity on the matter
