Every matter has a dashboard that provides a comprehensive overview of the progress of lists in the matter. This guide will help you navigate the dashboard and utilize its features to accelerate your transactions.
Accessing the dashboard
To access the dashboard, click on the Dashboard button located in the left of the top navigation bar of your matter.
Taking action from the dashboard
If a participant is assigned to a status in a list, a blue Take Action button will appear. Clicking this button filters the list to display items relevant to the assigned participant, facilitating efficient review of what they need to do.
Dashboard widgets
The dashboard is made up widgets that offer insights into all of the lists in your matter. The widget that appears for each list depends on the makeup of the list.
Battery chart
If your list includes statuses, the widget will be a battery bar that show progress and displays the number of items for each status and any participants assigned to the status.
Tips
Clicking on any participant or status will take you to a filtered view of the list
Hovering over the battery chart will show the exact percentages of each status
Note:
If your list has multiple status columns, another section is displayed in the chart to show the summary of each column.
If your list includes checkboxes and a status is set to refer to checkboxes for participant, the chart will display the number of outstanding checkboxes. Participant assignments will reflect only the checkboxes assigned to each participant.
Row count
For lists without statuses, a widget will show the total number of rows, providing a quick overview of the list's size.
