🏒 Your details

Name

This is your name!

It's used in a number of places in the platform, including:

  • first organisation: to name the default organisation that gets created for every matter

  • list templates: so your users can see the list templates that you've created

πŸ’If you want to change this name, contact us at support@legatics.com.

Every customer has a unique ID. This is yours!

Logo

The logo you upload is used next to the list templates you make available to your users.

Only PNG files are accepted. We recommend square images for the best display, at least 20x20 pixels in size.

Email domains

Members are defined by reference to your email domain. When you setup Legatics, you provided us with a list of email domains. This is a list of the domains you've added.

Users self-register for accounts. When they do, we assign them to you as a Member if their email matches one of these email domains.

πŸ’If you want to add or remove a domain, contact us at support@legatics.com

🌍 Your environment

Environment refers to the digital space in our infrastructure where your data is stored. This section contains more information about your environment.

Date created

The date we created your Legatics environment

Instance

An instance is an isolated installation of the Legatics application. We have multiple instances of Legatics. This tells you what instance of ours you're located in.

Instance type

Instances can be:

  • Multi-tenant; or

  • Private

A multi-tenant is where a single instance serves multiple customers (ie "tenants"). Each tenant accesses the application and its functionalities as if they were using it in isolation, even though they share the same underlying resources and infrastructure with other tenants.

In contrast, a private tenant is where a single instance serves one customer. This isolation can enable more control over the environment.

πŸ”— All our instances operate independently. Matters aren’t visible across instances, and users need separate accounts for each instance.

πŸ“¦ If you're interested in a private instance, contact your account manager or business development representative.

Data hosting location

The country where your data is stored

Amazon region

We run on AWS. This sets out the Amazon region that stores your data.

URL
