On Legatics, you are able to hide the identity of an organisation from all, or specific, participants.
What happens when I hide an organisation from other participants?
The participants who have been restricted from viewing the organisation will not see:
Files | Files uploaded by any users belonging to the hidden organisation |
Comments | Comments made by any users belonging to the hidden organisation |
Statuses - participant assignment | The name of the hidden organisation (or any users in the hidden organisation) if they have been assigned to a status |
Audit trail | The logs in the audit trail that relate to users belonging to the hidden organisation |
🔎 Tip: After you have hidden an organisation, use our masquerade feature to visually see how the organisation has been hidden from any other participant
How do I hide an organisation or user?
Click on 'Manage matter' at the top right hand of your screen and select 'Participants' on the drop down.
Click on the "three dots" and then click "Change view permissions".
In the 'View organisation' column, deselect the participants who should not see this organisation. Click 'Save'.
A red padlock icon will now appear beside the name of the hidden organisation.
