These emails provide important updates regarding your Legatics account, such as password resets, account creation, and login security. These notifications help you manage your account securely and efficiently.

Creating account

Register (no Legatics account)

This email is triggered when your account is created from the login screen. It contains a link to set up your password and complete your account registration.

Tip: This link is active for 3 days. If it's expired, you'll need to reset your password to restart the process.

Register (existing Legatics account)

This email is triggered if you already have an account on the instance, and you try to create one from the login screen. It reminds you that your account is active and suggesting that you reset your password.


Logging in

Two factor email code

This email is triggered every time you log into the platform (except when you're logging in with SSO). It provides the code you need to continue with log-in.

Tip: This code is only valid for 10 minutes

Note: You can't skip this code. You need to enter it for every log-in.

Reset password

This email is triggered when you request a password reset for an active Legatics account. It includes a secure link to update your password.

Tip: This link is only active for 1 hour. If it's expired, you'll need to reset your password again to get a new link.

Reset password (no Legatics account)

This email is triggered if you request a password reset, but you haven't created an account yet (if you can created an account). This email informs you that no account exists for that email address and suggests creating an account.

Reset password (haven't completed registration)

This email is triggered if you request a password reset but haven’t completed your account registration. It provides instructions to complete your registration.
