Keeping your Legatics account information current ensures effective communication and accurate time settings within the platform. This guide provides step-by-step instructions to update your account details, helping you maintain accurate and personalized information.
Getting to account settings
Log in to Legatics and enter your credentials to log in
Click on your name located at the top-right corner of the screen
From the dropdown menu, select My account.
Good to know: Legatics operates multiple instances, each requiring its own account. Data is not shared between instances, so you may need to make these changes in multiple places.
Editable account information
Within the My Account page, you can modify the following details:
Field | What this does |
Name | Controls your name when it's displayed in the platform, including in comments you leave and files you upload. |
Time zone | Set your local time zone to ensure accurate time stamps and scheduling. Note that platform notifications and dates in the date column are controlled by the time in your device. |
Title | Specify your professional title (eg, Associate, Partner) to reflect what you do. This data is currently displayed anywhere in the platform |
To update any of these fields:
click on the respective box
enter the new information
press save changes
Un-editable account information
Within the My Account page, you can't modify the following details:
