Demo matters help you test Legatics in a safe place. They are great for learning how the platform works or showing its potential to your colleagues and clients. They work exactly the same as live matters, but there are some restrictions.
Restriction | Explanation |
"Demo" must be in the name | Every demo matter needs "Demo" in the matter name. You won't be able to create a demo matter without including demo in the name. |
DocuSign developer accounts only appear in demo matters | Legatics supports multiple DocuSign accounts. Developer DocuSign accounts only appear in demo matters, they don't appear in live matters. |

Certain pages in admin system only only show data for live matters | The following pages in the admin system exclude data from live matters: |
