Adding and managing companies helps System Admins better understand user engagement by linking users to their companies (by using email domains). By doing so, you get greater insight into who is using Legatics and how often.

In this article, we’ll explain how to work with companies and domains, and leverage this functionality for more effective administration.

Tip: Data about companies is included in the Matters Report. Users Report and Activity Report. So make sure to add companies and keep on top of this!

Getting to companies

  1. Log into Legatics

  2. Click on your profile in the top right of the page

  3. Select Admin System

  4. From the left sidebar, press Firm > Companies

You'll then see two tabs, for companies and domains

Companies tab

The tab lists all the companies you've added to your environment. It lets you take actions on companies and understand key information about the company, like the number of users and matters they're involved in.
