Depending on your permissions, you can download:
Individual documents
Entire folders
Multiple selected files or folders
You must have Download permission on the relevant content.
Downloading a single file or folder
To download an individual document or folder:
Locate the file or folder in the data room
Click the More actions menu (three dots) on the right-hand side
Select Download
If you download a folder, it will be provided as a ZIP file containing its contents.
Downloading multiple items
You can download multiple files or folders at the same time using bulk actions.
To download multiple items:
Select the files or folders using the row checkboxes
Click Download in the bulk action panel
Confirm the download
All selected items are combined into a single ZIP archive.
Download behaviour
For folder downloads and multi-item downloads:
Content is packaged as a ZIP file
The ZIP archive is generated in the background
If you remain on the page, the download will start automatically once ready
If you navigate away, the generated ZIP will be available in the Downloads panel
Generated ZIP files remain available for 24 hours
Downloads always respect data room, folder and file permissions. If you do not have Download permission for certain content, it will not be included.
