If users have an account before you become a customer, they need to be manually assigned to your environment as a Member. This action lets you do this work!
This is likely to be your solution if:
Users can't create matters.
Users aren't appearing in your "Members" table.
How do I use it?
Step 1: Click "Users" in the sidebar
Step 2: In the "Unassigned" tab, find the user and click on the "Assign as member" button
The user will now appear in your "Members" table!
