When your organization joins Legatics, users with pre-existing accounts won't automatically become Members. Assigning these users as Members ensures they have the necessary permissions (in particular, to create matters).
Tip: You're likely to need to do this if:
Users can't create matters.
Users don't appear in your "Members" table.
To assign a user as a Member:
Go to the users page then the Unassigned table (as applicable)
Find the user you want to assign as member
Press the button Assign as member
Repeat for each user in the table
The user will now appear in your Members table
