Overview
This is a comprehensive data extract providing lots of data about all of the users in your environment. From activity of users, to number of matters created, it's your guide to understanding who is using Legatics, and how often.
Purpose
Adoption intelligence: Get the data you need to understand what users are using the platform the most, and who aren't. This can extend beyond your users to Guests too! Use this data to create key performance indicators and dashboards in PowerBi to monitor your engagement strategy.
Strategic intelligence: Use intelligence gathered from the Users Report to understand what clients are actively engaging with Legatics, and what other external parties are involved in your transactions.
Security oversight: Ensure platform security by monitoring user access and permissions effectively.

Limitations
Guests only appear in the user report if they've been invited to a matter (adding them, but not inviting them doesn't count). So you may find that the number of guests fluctuate, as they're invited and removed from matters.
Members will appear if they've been invited to a matter, but haven't yet created their account.
