These emails keep you informed about updates and actions related to the matters you’re involved in. They help you ensure that nothing important slips through the cracks.

What emails can I get?

You chose what kind of email notifications to get. Your options are.

  • Scheduled updates: You’ll receive an email for each matter you’re involved in, at a frequency you choose (at specific intervals - from 15 minutes up to 4 hours), containing updates triggered by specific events you selected.

  • Daily digest: You'll receive an email summarising specified activity, from across all your matters, in the last 24 hours.


Scheduled updates

These emails are sent for each matter at your chosen frequency based on the updates you select to be notified about.

If only one of your selected actions occurs within your chosen time period, you'll receive a dedicated email for that specific update. If multiple actions occur, they’ll be grouped into a single summary email.

Summary email

Good to know: You’ll receive this email if multiple of your selected updates occurs within your chosen time period.


Daily digest

This email gives you a high-level overview of what’s happened in your matters. You'll receive an email summarising updates you asked to be notified about, from across all your matters, in the last 24 hours.
