Manage what email notifications you receive from Legatics

When will Legatics send me notifications?

Notifications are triggered when:

  1. Actions are assigned to you: You have been assigned an action in Legatics

  2. Password reset: You request to change your password

  3. Invitation to matters: You are invited to a matter


How can I ensure I receive Legatics notifications?

Email notifications from Legatics are sent from the email address no-reply@legatics.com.

✅ To ensure that users receive notifications, we recommend whitelisted this email address and the @legatics.com domain. Whitelisting can be done by your organisation's internal IT team.


Can I choose when I receive notifications?

It is possible to manage your notification preferences. Watch the video or follow the step-by-step instructions below to learn how to do so.

  1. Click on 'My account' on the drop-down menu under your account name.


  2. Select how frequently you would like to receive email notifications for new actions on Legatics. For example, you can select to receive email notifications every 15 minutes or every hour. To save the changes click on 'Save changes'.


    Below is an example of an email notification for an action on Legatics:

  3. If you would like to switch off email notifications completely, you can tick the 'Don't send emails' checkbox. You can save the changes by clicking on the 'Save changes' button below.
