If your list contains documents that will be signed, the first step is to mark them for signing. This will add them to our "Signing view" where you can add parties and signatories, and send the documents to DocuSign.

Think of our signing view as an intelligent signing checklist!

Marking documents for signing

1. Make sure you are in the list view.

2. Hover over the document that needs to be signed and click on 'Mark for signing'.

3. This document will be added to the Signing view.

Please note:

  • This marks a document (not the "version") for signing. You can upload new versions and the document will still be in the signing view.

  • Files more than 25mb can't be added to the signing view

Removing documents that are marked for signing

If a document is no longer being signed, you can remove it from the signing view.

Please note: When documents are sent for signing, they can no longer be removed from the signing view.

  1. Open your list in the signing view and find the document you want to remove from signing.

  2. Click on 'Actions' and select 'Remove from signing view' from the dropdown.
