In-app notifications help you stay on top of important updates while you're using the platform. They appear instantly in the notification panel so you can act quickly when things change.
Notes:
To get these notifications, you'll need to enable notifications
You’ll only receive updates for:
Matters you have access to, and that have notifications enabled
Content you have permission to view within those matters
Only updates from the last 30 days will appear
Working with in-app notifications
Finding the notification panel
You can find the notification panel from anywhere in the platform. Simply click the bell icon in the top bar.
Navigating to an action
Clicking on a notification takes you directly to place in the platform where the action happened. This makes it easy to pick up where the activity happened without needing to search for it manually.
Filtering by matter
Click the bell icon in the top bar to open the notification panel
Select All matters in the top right
Select the live matter you want to filter by
Viewing only unread notifications
You can easily see just unread notifications. To do this click the Only show unread toggle at the bottom right of the notification panel.
This will hide all notifications you've already marked as read, so you can quickly catch up on anything new. You can switch the toggle off at any time to see your full notification history.
Marking notifications as read
All notifications
Click the "Mark all as read" button at the bottom left of the notification centre.
Note: If notifications are filtered by matter, the "Mark all as read" feature will only apply to notifications from the matter matching the filter
Individual notifications
Hover over a notification and click the small circle green icon on the far right of the notification. Once marked as read, the green circle will become a white circle.
Marking notifications as unread
Hover over a notification and click the small white icon on the far right of the notification. Once marked as unread, the green circle will become a green circle.

These notifications are sent for each matter instantly based on the updates you select to be notified about.
