Getting underway

Begin by reading Legatics explained to gain an overview of how the platform works and lists explained to dive into how lists help you track and manage data. Stay informed about tasks and updates by reviewing email notification triggers, which outline when notifications are sent. Additionally, customize your alerts by adjusting your notification preferences to ensure you’re only receiving relevant updates.

This way, when you're invited to a matter, you'll be ready to go!

When you log in, you're always taken to the My Matters page. With sorting and search tools, you can quickly find the matter you need, keeping your work organized and accessible.

Once you're in a matter, the dashboard provides an at-a-glance overview of its progress and key metrics. And, anything that requires you to take action is clearly labelled. It's a great way to quickly understand how the matter is progressing.

Lists in Legatics allow you to organize and track transaction data efficiently. You'll be contributing to a list, so use tools like navigating and filtering lists to locate specific items quickly.

Withing lists, you can upload files, track task progress by using statuses or approve rows with checkboxes. You can also collaborate directly within lists by leaving comments, and when needed, export data to share or archive information outside the platform.
