Legatics gives you control over your data and allows you to export information in several ways, depending on what you need.
You can export data at two levels:
Matter level: for data specific to a single matter.
Organisation level: for data across matters and users in your workspace.
Good to know: There isn’t one “export all” button. Instead, exports are available in different areas depending on the type of data you're exporting.
Matter level

The following exports are available to Matter Admins (and other users, depending on their permissions) within individual matters.

Limitations
The following data can't currently be exported from the matter.

FAQs
Can I export all data from Legatics at once?
No. Exports are completed individually at either the matter or organisation level. This ensures each export is accurate and relevant to the data you need, and ensures the .
What formats are available for exports?
Exports are available in a number of formats, depending on the data being exported. Formats available include Word, PDF, CSV, Excel and JSON.
Who can perform exports?
Permissions vary depending on the export type. In most cases, System Admins can export organisation-level data, while Matter Admins can export data from matters.
Where can I find my exported files?
Exports are downloaded directly to your device. You can then store or share them according to your organisation’s policies.
